Smart plugs

The easiest way to start. Plug it in, plug your lamp, fan or TV into it, and control it from your phone or put it on a schedule. Many also measure energy use, so you can see what your kit costs to run.

Before you buy

  • Did you know? The UK plug is called a Type G (in Europe it's a Type E or F) and is generally rated for up to 13A.
  • Light loads only. Not for fridges, washers or EV chargers, which draw too much or surge as they start.
  • Smart for less. A convenient way to make lamps, fans and other everyday kit smart, at little cost.
