UK Smart Home is run by Pimoroni Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07510759, VAT number GB 140 8707 21). Our registered address is Unit 1, Parkway Business Park, Parkway Drive, Sheffield, S9 4WN. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Pimoroni Ltd.

By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms, and to our delivery, returns and privacy policies. Please read them before you place an order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Using this website

You must be 18 or over to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission. You mustn't use the site or our products for anything unlawful, or try to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment card details are always encrypted in transit.

Orders and prices

Prices include VAT and may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit the quantities sold per person, household or order. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll let you know and refund you in full. We may limit or decline orders that appear to be placed by resellers; trade customers can apply for a trade account.

Please give us accurate contact and delivery details, and keep your account details up to date.

Product information

We work hard to describe and show our products accurately, but colours can look different from screen to screen. Occasionally information on the site may contain errors in descriptions, prices or availability. We may correct these at any time, and cancel an order affected by an error, in which case we'll refund you in full.

Some products need to be wired into your mains electricity. Where a product says so, it should be installed by someone competent to do it safely, such as a qualified electrician.

Third-party services and links

Our products work with apps and services from other companies, and our site links to other websites. We don't control these and aren't responsible for their content or how they work. Please check their own terms before you use them.

Reviews, comments and feedback

If you send us reviews, ideas or other feedback, we may use, edit and publish them without paying you. Anything you send must be your own, lawful and not misleading. We may remove content we think is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else's rights.

Your personal information

How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that, but not for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. We supply products for domestic and private use only, and aren't responsible for any loss of profit, business or business opportunity.

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, including the right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

We can't promise the website will always be available or free from errors, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.

Other important terms

If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest will still apply. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring them in your local courts.
