Shipping policy

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, and dispatch Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Sheffield.

Delivery charges

• Orders under £50: £4.50
• Orders of £50 or more: free

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

Order before 2pm on a weekday and we'll do our best to dispatch it the same day. Things can take a little longer when we're particularly busy, but we'll always email you as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking your order

Every order is sent with tracking. Your dispatch email includes a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

It can take a little while for the first scan to appear after we hand your parcel to the carrier, and there may be gaps between updates while it moves between depots. If your parcel is late and the tracking hasn't changed for a while, get in touch and we'll look into it.
